Leif A. Ulland H. E. Mr Leif Arne Ulland, The Ambassador of Norway to Lithuania (from February 2011)
Leif Arne Ulland has been Norway`s ambassador to Lithuania since February 2, 2011. He served as Norway`s ambassador to Romania and Moldova in 2003-2007 and has also served as Deputy Permanent Representative of Norway to NATO and to the Council of Europe.

Terje Aalia has worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2002. He holds a degree in law, and has been posted to the Norwegian Delegation to the Council of Europe in 2004 and to the Norwegian Embassy in Bucharest 2005-2008.
Ms Eva Strand, First Secretary (from August 2009)
Eva Strand has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1971. She has been posted to UN in New York several times to Brussels, where she also worked for EFTA Surveillance Authority from 1993-1997. Since 2001 she has been posted to the Norwegian Embassy in London (2001-2005), Tirana (2005-2007) and Algiers (2007-2009).
