As part of their emphasis on corporate social responsibility, CSR, Statoil Lietuva organizes a two days training for 30 social workers from organizations running day care centers for children, 30-31 May. They will attend the very motivating lectures by Mr. Stephen Neale, who is a highly recognized coach and psychologist who delivers consultancy services to companies and institutions all over the world. Mr. Neal has specialized in emotional intelligence and how it benefits leadership, teamwork and coaching. He works for BSC International Ltd. The ambassador of Norway, Leif Arne Ulland, will host a reception in his residence for all the participants.
