Children and health care initiatives that are at the forefront of the EEA financing goals in Lithuania; in fact, about half of the more than 67 million euros that have been awarded from Norway and EEA Grants have been allocated for this field. It is with these goals in mind that renovation of children’s homes has been identified as a core priority in Lithuania. 12 different projects, some covering more than one institution, have been implemented, and we hope this helps provide a positive, safe and friendly place for many children to grow and learn, building foundations for their future.
